Miami Beach Residence
Miami Beach, Florida The project consists of a 4 story residence located in Miami Beach. The tight lot dimensions of 50' x 60' posed a challenge to fit the client's program within the given restraints, so the solution was to go vertical. Providing parking and open terrace space at the ground level provides the habitable spaces above to be safe from any flood hazards. The second level consists of entertainment rooms while the third and fourth floors consist of living quarters and kitchen spaces.
