Hallandale Residence Addition

Hallandale, Florida The project consists of a 1,500 SF addition to an existing residence in South Florida. The client wished to expand their primary bedroom with an added bathroom and proper walk-in closet. Additionally, a new den / office space was also proposed extending from the home's dining area. These new areas will contain windows to the existing backyard and will create a comfortable patio niche along the rear of the property
