THE FLAMINGO
Residential Tower - Miami, FL Located in Miami Beach, Florida, the Flamingo is an existing site, going under renovation, consisting of multi-family residential units, retail, pool and garden amenities. The majority of the re-design consists of gutting the existing North Tower, which has been constructed in the 1950s and apply a new architectural skin as well as enhance the interior experience by providing larger high-end units overlooking the bay. Working closely with the landscape architect, one of the goals for the Flamingo is to create a grand central courtyard that can bring opportunities for events and social gatherings. This project was designed while working for Stantec Architecture.
